Ed Brewer is entering his 12th year of coaching fastpitch softball, developing athletes from the 10U

through high school varsity levels. As Head Varsity Softball Coach at Minneapolis Edison High

School, he has helped rebuild the program by growing participation, building a competitive culture,

and developing players through creativity, accountability, and a relentless focus on improvement.

Known for his energetic, player-first approach, Ed believes the best learning happens in an

environment that is challenging, creative, and fun. His goal is to build fundamentally sound,

confident athletes who play with high softball IQ, compete with purpose, and enjoy the process of

getting better every day.
